Our purpose is to stimulate interest in the library, purchase library materials, and support programs and events hosted by the Guntersville Public Library. Since its inception over forty years ago, Friends of the Guntersville Public Library has donated over $500,000 to the library. We are able to accomplish many of our goals by distributing funds raised from the annual book sale, the Bookstore, and from membership dues.
