District Attorney Jennifer Bray made history as Marshall County's first female district attorney after being elected into office in 2022. They prioritize working with victims and witnesses to ensure their rights are protected and supported through the process.
The DA's office is excited to announce the new Helping Families Initiative (HFI), which is designed to prevent crime by addressing the root causes of truancy and disciplinary problems, while also helping students and families access the resources they need to thrive.
By working together, we aim to improve student attendance and behavior, while reducing the risk of suspensions, juvenile arrests, dropouts, and substance abuse.
