The Marshall County Sheriff's Office, located in Guntersville, Al, is a full service law enforcement agency serving the citizens of Marshall County by maintaining around-the-clock law enforcement presence in rural Marshall County. Our divisions include patrol, investigations, aviation, civil process, court, prisoner transport, communications and the county jail. We demand the best from our personnel and maintain an aggressive approach to training and educational programs that prepare the members of our office to meet this demand. It shall be the mission of the Marshall County Sheriff's Office to provide competent professional law enforcement services with a commitment to preserve and protect human life, property and the rights of all people in accordance with the constitution and the laws of the United States and State of Alabama.
