At Rehab Select at Albertville Nursing Home, we are a 159-bed skilled nursing facility with a dedicated 27-bed rehabilitation unit, offering both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
We believe in God-led, patient-centered care where every person is treated as an individual— not a number. Our patients have access to therapy 7 days a week, practitioners in the facility 5 days a week, 24/7 on-call provider coverage, and physicians who routinely round in our facility. Our goal is to provide personalized, compassionate care while helping each patient reach their highest level of independence.
We also believe healing is about more than physical recovery. Our activity program is available to both short-term rehab and long-term residents, with activities shaped by our residents and our Activities Department. And if a resident is unable to attend an activity, we bring activities and engagement to their room so they Can still be included.
